About the workout

  • First time? Come 10 minutes before class to get settled in.
  • SotoSweat: High energy workout with cardio intervals designed to maximize afterburn.
  • SotoSculpt: Low-impact workout with no cardio focused on sculpting and strength.

Timing Matters

  • Doors close at the start of class.
  • Running late? Text us at +1 (646) 437-8310 and we'll do our best to hold your mat.
  • Need to cancel? Do so at least 24 hours in advance to keep your class credit. No shows will incur a $5 fee.

What to Bring

  • Wear sneakers or grip socks.
  • Bring water, we'll provide a mat and towel.
  • Bottled water is available for purchase, and we have a complimentary refill station.
