WHY I SOTO:
Soto became my new weekday routine out of necessity, but after a month of doing this, I was stunned to see the results. It’s a feeling of stability and strength that I have never felt before - as I have never taken consistent time to focus on the smaller and stabilizing muscles - which I now believe are SO important as they are the conductors of power for the larger muscle groups that I have been developing/training so hard for most of my life.

WHY I SOTO:
I've been an athlete my entire life and always subscribed to the saying "no pain, no gain." Soto has shown me that that isn't necessarily the case. While Soto is challenging, I never find myself hating my life, or wishing that the workout would be over. The burn produced by the isometric holds and the movements afterward feel like they work, but the structure of the blocks of work make the entire workout manageable.

I thought I would be able to bounce back after the birth of my first daughter, but when things became more difficult than I had anticipated, finding a new outlet for my fitness journey became daunting until I found Soto. In the studio, I found a safe space with incredible instructors to help me through modifications. At home, I found a routine in tuning into Soto everyday, even just for 5 minutes in between naps.
