Know before you Soto:
What to Bring
- Wear sneakers or grip socks.
- Bring water, we'll provide a mat and towel.
- Bottled water is available for purchase, and we have a complimentary refill station.
Timing Matters
- Doors close at the start of class.
- Running late? Text us at +1 *ENTER NEW NUMBER* and we'll do our best to hold your mat.
- Need to cancel? Do so at least 24 hours in advance to keep your class credit. No shows will incur a $5 fee.
About the Workout
- First time? Come 10 minutes before class to get settled in.
- SotoSweat: High energy workout with cardio intervals designed to maximize afterburn.
- SotoSculpt: Low-impact workout with no cardio focused on sculpting and strength.
