What to Bring
- Wear sneakers or grip socks.
- Bring water, we'll provide a mat and towel.
- Bottled water is available for purchase, and we have a complimentary refill station.
Timing Matters
- Doors close at the start of class.
- Running late? Text us at +1 (646) 437-8310 and we'll do our best to hold your mat.
- Need to cancel? Do so at least 24 hours in advance to keep your class credit. No shows will incur a $5 fee.
