  • Yes! We understand that life happens, which is why you can pause your membership at any time. We allow pauses for up to 3 months within a 12-month period.

  • Class credits do not roll over from month to month, so we encourage you to use them within your billing cycle.

  • You can always cancel your class reservation within the early cancellation window (24 hours) without penalty. However, if you late-cancel or no-show, your class credit will be forfeited. If you are unable to make your class and it is after the early cancellation window, we still highly encourage cancelling your class to ensure other members are able to book their spots!

  • Memberships renew on a monthly basis, and your card on file will be auto-charged each month on the day you purchased your membership

  • We do not issue refunds for memberships. However, we’re happy to assist with canceling or pausing your subscription for future billing cycles.
