  • If you are new to Soto and want to sign-up for our Black Friday Sale, you can subscribe to our annual membership for $120/year (50% off typical $240/year price) by following the below steps:

    1. Visit https://sotomethod.vhx.tv/checkout/subscribe

    2. Click “Annual”

    3. Enter Payment Details and Checkout

  • If you have a monthly subscription to Soto and would like to access our Black Friday Sale annual subscription price, please follow the below steps to switch your billing frequency from monthly to annual:

    1.  Please sign into your account here.

    2. Select “Manage subscription” located under the circular icon in the top right-hand corner → “Billing & subscription” → “Manage subscription”

    3. Select the “Annual” option for $120/yr (50% off our standard price of $240/yr) → Confirm

  • If you have a monthly subscription to Soto and would like to access our Black Friday Sale annual subscription price, please follow the below steps to switch your billing frequency from monthly to annual:

    1. Unfortunately, you will need to cancel your existing membership to take advantage of our Black Friday Sale.

      • In the app, Select “Settings” in the bottom right hand corner,  “Manage Account” → “Manage Subscription” → “Cancel Subscription

    2. Re-subscribe for an annual subscription via Web using the same email address:

      • Your account will still be considered “Active” until the month expires. However, we will honor our sale for 30 days to give you ample time to re-subscribe with the new rate.

      • Once you are ready to re-subscribe, please sign-up here.

      • Select the “Annual” option for $120/yr (50% off our standard price of $240/yr) → Confirm

  • If you signed up via Web and your annual membership is set to renew between November 14th and December 30th, your account will automatically resubscribe at the Black Friday Sale price of $120/yr. No further action needed!

    If you signed up via iOS App store and your annual membership is set to renew between November 14th and December 30th, and you would like to re-subscribe at the Black Friday Sale price of $120/yr:

    1. Unfortunately, you will need to cancel your existing membership and re-subscribe via Web in order to take advantage of our Black Friday Sale.

      • In the app, Select “Settings” in the bottom righthand corner,  “Manage Account” → “Manage Subscription” → “Cancel Subscription”

    2. Re-subscribe for annual via Web using the same email address:

      • Your account will still be considered “Active” until the month expires. However, we will honor our sale for 30 days to give you ample time to resubscribe at the Black Friday Sale price.

      • Once you are ready to resubscribe, please sign-up here.

      • Select the “Annual” option for $120/yr (50% off our standard price of $240/yr)→ Confirm

  • If you signed-up last year using the Black Friday Sale promo code between November 14th and December 30th 2024, your account will automatically resubscribe at the Black Friday Sale price of $120/yr.

  • We want to make it right and extend our Black Friday Sale price to you!

    If you signed-up within the last 30-days via Web:

    1. One of our team members will be in-touch with next steps to ensure you are issued a refund for the $240 and disable your account. From here you can immediately re-subscribe with the same email.

      2. Repurchase annual subscription via Web at the Black Friday Sale price:

    If you signed up via iOS App store:

    1. Unfortunately, we can’t issue you a refund directly, but you can request a refund for the $240 through the App store.

    2. From here you can immediately re-subscribe with the same email.

    3. Repurchase annual subscription via Web at the Black Friday Sale price:

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for annual subscriptions purchased more than 30 days before the sale. 

    However, our Black Friday Sale takes place annually! If you’d like to take advantage of the savings next year, we recommend switching to a monthly subscription when your annual plan is up for renewal so you have the flexibility to access the Black Friday Sale price (by switching back to an Annual subscription during the November - December Sale window).
